Information Document pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679

This is an information notice provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), and is not valid for other websites that may be consulted via links present on the websites under the domain of the data controller, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for third-party websites.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Pursuant to articles 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, it is Catelli Filati Srl, with registered office in Via delle Cornacchie, 330 - 55100 Lucca (LU) in the person of the legal representative. CONTACTS: info@catellifilati.it.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness under art. 6 of

EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes:

a) Browsing this website – legitimate interest (legal basis of processing: art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f));

b) Any request for contact, with sending of information requested by you – legitimate interest (legal basis of processing: art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f));

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS (arts. 28 - 29 EU Regulation 2016/679)

The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as data processors and/or as persons in charge of processing acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Processor, for the purposes listed above (par. 2).

Specifically, the data may be communicated to subjects for the execution of the following activities: - Maintenance and development of the network and IT infrastructure

- Consulting

- Processing and compliance: administrative, accounting and tax – Legal

– management of email and website management;

- competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The subjects belonging to the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of Data Processors is constantly updated and available by writing to info@catellifilati.it or at the registered office of Catelli Filati Srl.

4. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES  

The data provided will not be disclosed.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD 

Processing will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically appointed persons. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

The retention of the personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:  a) browsing this website;

b) for a contact request (maximum 12 months);

6. NATURE OF PROVISION AND REFUSAL

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You may exercise your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller. You have the right, at any time, to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. In addition, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
