Pol-Cot lucido is a thread made of 100% continuous H.T. polyester covered with 100% long staple, first-choice cotton. The continuous polyester core ensures high resistance in stitching, while the outer coating provides the appearance of cotton.
The cotton coating protects the polyester thread from the heat produced by the needle during sewing.
It is also polished with a hot waxing process using natural products: an ancient process that is now unique and exclusive to "Catelli Filati srl," which allows excellent fiber cohesion and high smoothness.
